It’s a “three-fer” for Dr. Wayne Reynolds, the State Board of Education representative from Alabama’s District 8.
June 14 is the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Army, Flag Day and President Donald Trump’s birthday.
Reynolds will be there on June 14 on all three occasions. He has been invited by President Trump to come to Washington and be on the reviewing stand as a yuuuuge parade passes.
Reynolds is representing the State of Alabama and Vietnam Veterans of America, of which he is the national treasurer.
Reynolds, who lives in Athens, served in 1968-1969 as a medic at the Vietnam 95th Evacuation Hospital and the 22nd Surgical Hospital.
Happy birthday, U.S. Army.
