Fans of hot rods will head to Mobile the weekend of June 28-29. The Street Rod Nationals will be held at “The Grounds,” the Greater Gulf States Fairgrounds.
The show runs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and includes:
Commercial exhibitors; Swap meet; Women’s world; Spotlight builder; Southern brushslingers charity panel jam; model car display; car parade; street of rods; Nick Donovan’s Rockin’ Road Show; Gassers car display; Pro streeters; Saturday live entertainment with Keith Burns “The Mailman;” Circle of Winner and Awards Program.
Street rod owners 30 years old and up can register to participate at the Mobile Marriott at these times: Thursday, June 27, noon to 6 p.m.; Friday, June 28, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Saturday, June 28, 9 a.m. to noon.
The event is sponsored by the National Street Rod Association.
