A lawsuit was recently filed against the Trinity Child Development Center in Huntsville and a man who sexually assaulted at least two children under the age of 12 while employed at the facility.
According to a local news report, three employees at the center have now been named in the legal action filed by parents of the victims, including director Sheryl Raddin, associate director Megan Tarin and Heather Atkinson. They are accused of failing to implement reasonable policies and procedures.
"Defendant’s employees, including, but not limited to, Sheryl Raddin, Megan Tarin, and Heather Atkinson, failed to develop, implement, and enforce reasonable policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure child safety for several years prior to January 2026," the lawsuit states.
Cameron K. White, 24, has been charged with five separate sex crimes, including four counts of Sexual Abuse of a Child Less than 12, and sexual assault with an object.
White is currently being held in Madison County Jail without bond.
