The Victory Health Partners' mission is "Christ-centered healthcare for uninsured adults along the Gulf Coast region."

It's a good fit. Football celebrity Tim Tebow is using his influence to promote Christian faith and service to "the least of these." Victory Health Partners is providing healthcare for the least of these in the Alabama Gulf Coast region.

They come together on Tuesday, April 30.

Tebow is the keynote speaker at the annual 'Hope for Healing Dinner' at Mobile's Arthur Outlaw Mobile Convention Center.

Here is the official event description:

Hope for Healing is a night when a community comes together to make the unknown KNOWN. For the adult patients at Victory Health Partners, who often lack affordable and accessible healthcare due to being uninsured, the experience of receiving personalized medical care is both transformative and a departure from the norm. Our patients are no longer a number or a time slot on a schedule. They are KNOWN by Victory's medical team consisting of over 160 medical partners ranging from primary care specialists, mental health counselors, social workers, and dentists committed to their complete healing.

For over 21 years, Victory has provided Christ-centered healthcare, saving and restoring the lives of over 40,000 adults throughout the Gulf Coast. Patients enter Victory's practice for the first time, having to delay their healthcare or utilize the hospital emergency room for their primary care because they have no other accessible option for healthcare. At Victory, they are KNOWN, and they experience KNOWN healthcare. They experience a committed community, partnering to ensure their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are cared for with compassion and dignity.

“Tim Tebow’s dedication to helping the vulnerable is in perfect harmony with our mission,” says Dr. Robert Lightfoot, Executive/Medical Director. “We’re confident his presence will complement the purpose and vision of the event of expanding access to healing and hope to the vulnerable in our community.” Our distinguished keynote speaker, Tim Tebow, is not only a two-time national football champion, first-round NFL draft pick, and Heisman Trophy winner but also a New York Times Bestselling author. He embodies the perfect blend of faith and action, and his message promises to magnify our fundamental mission of making both patients and Jesus KNOWN.

Hope for Healing is a night to make the unknown in our community KNOWN through the provision of healthcare purposed to make Jesus Christ KNOWN. A night to be known and to make known will provide transformative healing and hope to our vulnerable neighbors. Join us, and together as partners, healing, and hope will be KNOWN for our patients.

The evening will showcase expert perspectives from Victory’s healthcare partners on overcoming challenges faced by uninsured adults seeking healthcare. Additionally, the event will feature impactful stories from patients whose lives have been impacted through Victory’s programs. Capping off the night will be an inspiring keynote address by Tim Tebow.
