As the Alabama Legislature works through a special session on redistricting, Tyler Bowyer, chief operating officer of Turning Point USA, is calling for a change to the map the Republican supermajority is working to pass.

"Alabama needs to pass a 7-0 map," Bowyer wrote in a social media post, meaning seven Republican districts and zero Democrat.

The call puts him in the same camp as U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn), U.S. Rep. Barry Moore (R-Enterprise) and State Rep. Rhett Marques (R-Enterprise), who have all called for a 7-0 map.
