I am truly getting torqued at the veiled obstinance and outright contempt for our constitutional republic and its sacred institutions by inferior government entities and offices.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) dropped a bombshell on June 25, filing a complaint against Minnesota’s unconstitutional, anti-American laws that shower illegal aliens with in-state tuition benefits – sometimes even free rides – while American citizens get slapped with higher costs. This isn’t just a policy disagreement; it’s a declaration of war on the Republic, a middle finger to the Constitution, and a groveling bow to the globalist, open-borders cabal.

Minnesota’s progressive overlords are treating Americans like second-class citizens in their own country, and it’s high time we call this what it is: treasonous, unpatriotic, and a direct assault on the foundations of our nation.

Minnesota’s laws, which the DOJ is now challenging in federal court, require public colleges to roll out the red carpet for illegal aliens – cheap, sometimes free tuition, all while lawful citizens foot the bill or drown in debt. This isn’t charity; it’s discrimination, plain and simple, and it violates federal law prohibiting giving postsecondary education benefits to aliens that aren’t offered to Americans.

What is more concerning is this misguided and purposefully destructive belief that illegal or non-citizens have any civil or legal rights or recourses. They have no rights or redresses and should be immediately removed from this country with haste and aggression.

The Supremacy Clause of the Constitution – forged in the Civil War when the federal government established its ironclad authority over rebellious states – makes it crystal clear: federal law trumps state nonsense. Yet Minnesota, drunk on its own woke Kool-Aid, thinks it can thumb its nose at the Constitution and get away with it. Why? Because the progressive left has been coddled for too long, allowed to fester like an untreated wound, infecting our institutions with their anti-Republic, anti-American ideology.

This isn’t just about tuition. It’s about the very soul of our nation. The Civil War settled the question of federal supremacy once and for all – states don’t get to play fast and loose with the Constitution. When the Union defeated the Confederacy in the War of Northern Aggression, it wasn’t just about preserving the nation; it was about establishing that no state can defy the federal government’s authority on matters of constitutional governance. Minnesota’s actions aren’t just illegal; they’re a dangerous echo of nullification, a doctrine that died at Appomattox.

Why is this going on unchallenged? Where’s the outrage and spine of our so-called leaders?

The DOJ’s lawsuit is a start, but it’s not enough. We need a reckoning – a cleansing of the liberal rot that’s metastasized in states like Minnesota, Oregon, California and Illinois under previous administrations that turned a blind eye to this lawlessness.

Let’s talk about accountability, or lack thereof. Minnesota’s progressive elites – sanctimonious, virtue-signaling bureaucrats – think they can hide behind their “compassionate” policies while trampling on the rights of American citizens. They’re not just breaking the law; they’re undermining the social contract that holds this nation together.

My son has over $50,000 in combined student debt and makes his payments every month. Yet we have a renegade state in Minnesota dishonoring the very essence of our nation’s educational system. Every dollar spent on an illegal alien’s tuition is a dollar stolen from an American student struggling to make ends meet. Every preferential policy is a slap in the face to the hardworking taxpayers who built this country. And yet, the left has the blind arrogance and the contemptuous gall to call this “equity”?

No, it’s theft. It is premeditated aggression against our citizens and the nation. It’s a deliberate dismantling of the Republic, brick by brick, dressed up in the flowery language of “inclusivity.”

We need a cleansing program – a purge of the liberal anti-Republic contamination that’s infected our institutions.

Step one: Enforce the law. The DOJ’s lawsuit must be the opening salvo in a broader campaign to hold states like Minnesota accountable. If they want to play rogue, cut off their federal funding – every cent.

Step two: Root out the ideologues. Fire the administrators, professors and politicians who’ve turned our universities into breeding grounds for anti-American sentiment. Replace them with patriots who understand that America comes first.

Step three: Restore civic education. Teach our kids what the Constitution means, what the Civil War settled, and why federal supremacy isn’t negotiable.

Step four: Elect leaders with the guts to call out this nonsense for what it is – treasonous defiance of the American way.

Minnesota’s tuition scandal is a symptom of a deeper disease, a systemic rot, a progressive ideology that worships at the altar of globalism while seeking to destroy our Republic. The DOJ’s action is a wake-up call, but it’s not enough to slap wrists. We need to dismantle the machine that’s been pumping this poison into our system for decades. President Trump’s recent executive orders targeting taxpayer benefits for illegal aliens are a step in the right direction, but we need more. We need a movement – a relentless, unapologetic push to reclaim our Republic from the clutches of liberal decay.

Minnesota, you’re on notice. America’s watching, and we’re done with your anti-American antics. It’s time to clean house, restore order, and put America first – before it’s too late.
