U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn) recently announced several key endorsements from Alabama-based entities as the former Auburn football coach pursues the statewide office in the 2026 election cycle.
"I'm grateful for the outpouring of support from business leaders across Alabama," Tuberville said. "When I was a small business owner, I saw firsthand how high taxes, over-the-top regulations, and rising costs can impact your bottom line. President Trump is creating a manufacturing renaissance in this country, and we have to make sure Alabama is first in line. As your next governor, I will get rid of unnecessary red tape, lower taxes, reduce wasteful spending, and work with President Trump to create an economic boom in the Yellowhammer State."
Tuesday’s announcement revealed that Manufacture Alabama, the Petroleum & Convenience Marketers of Alabama (P&CMA) and the Alabama Grocers Association. Have all backed Tuberville in his race to be Alabama’s next governor.

Coach has the work ethic and vision to ensure Alabama has the workforce, infrastructure and energy required for manufacturing to thrive in the great state of Alabama.”
