U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn) joined "The Charlie Kirk Show" on Thursday for a discussion focused on the lawmaker's newly introduced legislation aimed at limiting and combating the practice of Sharia law in the United States.

The first bill, The No Sharia Act, would prohibit the application of Sharia law in the United States, where it would violate constitutional rights. The second piece of legislation is the Preserving a Sharia Free America Act, which would prevent all foreign nationals supporting Sharia law from entering the United States.

"Sharia Law is not going to fit here. It's got no chance," Tuberville told the show's hosts, Jack Posobiec and Andrew Kolvet. "We have a great country, but we can't if you don't assimilate here in America and love our flag, our people and put your best foot forward to help make this country greater instead of downgrade it."

"If you speak out against this country, and right now it's mostly coming from radical Islamists, then you don't deserve to be here," he added.

Tuberville then turned his attention to Europe's failed immigration policies, which have allowed millions of unvetted Islamists to infiltrate the continent at the expense of its native population.

"Europe is gone. They've lost it," noted Tuberville. "The immigration system there has been broken. I'd say, 90% of the countries, have been overtaken. I don't know whether they can regain it."

Now that Europe has been all but conquered by Islam, the senator fears its next target is America.

"They want the Big Apple, OK? They want the United States of America, and we better wake up and smell the roses, the thing that Charlie was speaking about, and let people know that this is not a socialist country," Tuberville continued. "This is not a country that's taken over by a certain religion."

Tuberville made clear that America's true law of the land is not up for discussion.

"We have a set of rules. We have a game plan. It's called the American Constitution, and we're not going to change that, and we'll fight for it like we have before," he added.
