Auburn students took to Toomer's Corner in the early hours of Wednesday morning after former President Donald Trump was announced the victor in the 2024 presidential election to celebrate in a tradition usually held for athletic victories.
Hundreds of students were seen gathering at Toomer's to roll the trees and celebrate Trump's re-election while sporting the American flag and Trump/Vance flags. They also sang the national anthem and chanted "U-S-A!"
