Auburn University students took to Toomer's Corner in the early hours of Wednesday morning after former President Donald Trump was announced the victor in the 2024 presidential election to celebrate in a tradition usually held for athletic victories.
Hundreds of students were seen gathering at Toomer's to roll the trees and celebrate Trump's re-election while sporting the American flag and Trump/Vance flags. They also sang the national anthem and chanted "U-S-A!"
