Ole Miss head football coach Lane Kiffin gave mention to his counterpart Alabama head coach Nick Saban following his 31-28 win against Texas A&M in College Station.
Kiffin made mention of Fisher immediately after the game's conclusion, apparently referencing remarks from Texas A&M head coach Jimbo Fisher earlier in the year regarding Kiffin's criticism of Texas A&M's use of the NIL rules as a "clown act."
"I don't know," Kiffin said to SEC Network. "Maybe Jimbo has a Joker outfit for me."
In his post-game press conference, Kiffin elaborated on that comment, mentioning the shot Fisher took at him and Saban.
"I don't give you coachspeak. That's real. Most coaches will say no. But that's real," Kiffin said. "When someone attacks you personally and calls you and your good buddy Coach Saban both clowns, you take that personal. I'm glad we won. I guess I can be a clown for Halloween now."
