An Irondale woman died 19 days after suffering burn injuries in a mobile home fire.
Jefferson County Coroner Bill Yates confirmed Gail Purser Moody, 60, died on March 30 at UAB Hospital. Moody had been hospitalized since the fire on March 11.
The Irondale Fire Department responded to the fire in the 1600 block of Trailer Lane. Firefighters removed Moody from the home and transported her to UAB for treatment.
The fire department is investigating the cause of the fire. Authorities believe the fire was accidental.
