A Georgia woman is facing charges in Mobile County after investigators said she called the Mobile County Health Department posing as another woman to reveal her medical history.
Shantaya Presley, 32, is charged with identity theft and doxing.
The incident may have never been brought to the attention of law enforcement, but according to court documents, Presley made the call while streaming live on Facebook.
During the call, the medical information of the other woman was revealed. Fox 10 reported that Presley gave the wrong birthdate of the woman but the information was given to her despite the error.
Presley was arrested in Mobile on May 22.
