DOJ suing ALDOT for not re-hiring worker who was thrown off back of truck, claims violation of ADA

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) filed a civil rights lawsuit Monday against the Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT), claiming a maintenance technician who was injured on the job was denied re-hiring.
