Charge upgraded to capital murder in Mobile Saenger Theater shooting

Prosecutors upgraded the charge against alleged shooter Marcus Sanders to capital murder. He is accused of killing 27-year-old Carl Williams at Mobile's Saenger Theater at a children's dance recital Saturday.
