Baldwin County man suspected of taking thousands from victims in construction scam, including elderly woman

The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man in connection to an investigation into fraud. Joseph Tyler Mctigrit, 36, is charged with financial exploitation of the elderly.
