Pre-trial hearing set for indicted Jefferson Co. sheriff's employee tied to hefty donations to Pettway campaign

Sebastian Alexander Carrillo, 54, of Fairfield, a current Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) employee, is under indictment this year by the attorney general's office for first-degree theft by deception and is scheduled to appear before a judge for a pre-trial hearing next month.
