Ivey, Mobile officials celebrate groundbreaking at University of South Alabama's medical school

Gov. Kay Ivey joined University of South Alabama (USA) president Jo Bonner and other officials Friday for a groundbreaking ceremony at the Frederick P. Whiddon  College of Medicine.
