Lawmakers aim to put brakes on racing, donuts and burnouts with stricter penalties

Some Alabama lawmakers hope to put into place stricter penalties for those convicted of exhibition driving offenses, including burnouts, donuts, stunts, speed exhibition, racing and other “reckless driving maneuvers.”
