Former Colbert County Board of Education attorney charged with DUI, reckless endangerment

A former Colbert County Board of Education attorney has been arrested and charged with DUI as well as reckless endangerment after officers with the Haleyville Police Department observed him crossing the center line on Alabama State Highway 13 multiple times.
