Alabama Democratic Party removes Sebrina Martin from ballot over abuse allegations

"Martin’s conduct bears directly on her fitness for the office she seeks. Candidates for judicial office should conduct themselves “in a manner that promotes public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary,”" the Alabama Democratic Party wrote announcing that they have removed Sebrina Martin from their Nov. 8 general election ballot for a Montgomery judgeship.
