U.S. Rep. Strong working to provide federal support for U.S. spaceports with reintroduction of legislation

U.S. Rep. Dale Strong (R-Monrovia) has reintroduced legislation that would provide Spaceports, ground-based launch and reentry sites for spacecraft, with 'dedicated federal support.' The congressman's bill, the Spaceport Project Opportunities for Resilient Transportation (SPACEPORT) Act, would help to ensure that rising civil, commercial, and national security demands for space transportation are being properly addressed.
