Kidnapping, murder suspect in U.S. illegally after being previously deported

It has been verified that the accused kidnapper and killer, Jose Paulino Pascual-Reyes, is an undocumented resident in the country illegally. More so, Pascual-Reyes had previously been deported from the country.
