
A Ukrainian man who cannot speak English but was driving a commercial truck when it plowed into vehicles at a Thomasville intersection was granted an interpreter for court at the cost of Alabama taxpayers.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) State Bureau of Investigation has launched an investigation into the deaths of two teenagers in Wilcox County.

A Russian man who plowed through a Thomasville intersection, killing two people in May, has been indicted on four charges.

A letter sent to the Biden administration from the Welcoming Refugees campaign is gaining traction in Alabama after a Fairhope City Councilman and two State Representatives' names were attached to it.

State and local officials from all 50 states signed a letter to President Joe Biden asking for continued support for the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program. The letter states that the “majority of Americans across the country and across party lines support refugee resettlement.”

I want my constituents to know that I am committed to doing everything in my power to assist the Thomasville Regional Medical Center so that it can continue to serve this community," said Rep.
