U.S. Rep. Dale Strong (R-Monrovia) recently slammed the Biden administration for allowing a massive Venezuelan prison gang to establish a presence in the United States and backed President-elect Donald Trump’s plans for a mass deportation project.
One of the more blatant demonstrations of the failing border policies of the White House has been seen in recent months with the proliferation of the Vensuealen prison gang known as Tren de Aragua, creating havoc across the United States.
The gang initially grabbed headlines for terrorizing a housing complex in Colorado. However, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is now warning the nation that Tren De Aragua has already gained a foothold in 16 states
In an internal department intelligence memo, DHS claimed Tren de Aragua has most recently established a presence in Washington, D.C., Virginia, Montana and Wyoming.
The memo also stated that the gang already had footholds in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin.
Intelligence officials say the gang members have crossed the border illegally, embedding themselves in the mass of millions that have been permitted to enter the country through the Mexican border under the Biden administration.
During a recent appearance on Newsmax TV's "On the Record," Strong slammed the White House for enabling the gangs to grab a foothold on U.S. soil and accused DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas of selling out the country.
“Sixteen states are being flooded with this one gang in itself,” Strong lamented. “But you think about it, this is what this administration has participated in. We’ve got a flood of illegal aliens, probably North of 15 million, and you look at what has occurred there. They’re coming from 160 different [countries]. This is what you get. This is a total failure of the Biden-Harris administration, and the American people are paying for it.”
He continued, “Secretary Mayorkas lied to the entire country, Homeland Security, the House of Representatives [and] the Senate. We impeached him on an 18-15 vote. We took it to the floor. The House of Representatives impeached him. Then it was sent to the Senate, and they played for about two hours with it. I think that he’s committed a felony against the American people, and I’m telling you right now, he sold America out.”
Strong went on to applaud the planned mass deportation of illegal aliens suggested by President-elect Donald Trump and his border czar pick, former Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) acting head Tom Holman.
"You look at what they’re doing; they’re doing smash-and-grabs to start the process, then they’re working at putting drugs out there for our kids, trying to kill a generation of Americans," Strong outlined.
"I’m excited about our border czar, Mr. Holman," he added." I agree with him. We ought to keep these families together, and we ought to deport them all together. Keep the families together and send them back to the country of their origin.”
