Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall said on Monday that California Democrats have “sided with violent rioters over the brave men and women of law enforcement.”
Rioters against Immigration and Customs Enforcement deporting criminal aliens stormed the streets Friday, waving foreign flags and obstructing traffic. Things soon escalated over the weekend to throwing bricks at ICE vehicles and setting cars on fire, prompting President Donald Trump to send in the National Guard and have a contingent of U.S. Marines on standby.
"CA Democrats have sided with violent rioters over the brave men and women of law enforcement- vilifying ICE agents, undermining public safety, and fueling chaos. It’s time to end sanctuary cities and restore order. If Gov Newsom won’t act, then Pres Trump will. Enough is Enough!" Marshall said.
