The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency has issued a Missing Person Alert for Clarance Dixon.
According to ALEA, Dixon left his residence and has not since returned home. Dixon is a 71-year-old African American man; he stands 5 foot, 6 inches tall, has white hair, brown eyes, and weighs 146 lbs.
