If freedom of speech is taken away, then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter." — George Washington

Do we believe in free speech?

Dr. Peter McCullough is a Texas cardiologist. He's the one who spoke at the end of the first COVID Truth, Concerned Doctor's event in Birmingham in September 2021. He's also among many who bravely told the truth about COVID from the beginning.

And that earned him several enemies. Powerful ones. And now, those enemies, the ones with a narrative to support, have had their way.

But. Before I share what happened, might I ask this question: would we be willing to do the same thing if that were us? To use our freedom of speech to tell the truth, even if that truth is costly?

Here's what happened:

"I was terminated as the Editor-In-Chief of Cardiorenal Medicine and Reviews in Cardiovascular Medicine after years of service and rising impact factors," Dr. McCullough said. "There was no phone call, no board meeting, and no due process: just e-mails or certified letters. Powerful dark forces are working in academic medicine to expunge any resistance to the vax.

"Yesterday, I was stripped of my board certifications in Internal Medicine and Cardiology after decades of perfect clinical performance, board scores, and hundreds of peer-reviewed publications. None of this will stop until there is a 'needle in every arm.'"

Stripped of what he'd poured his life into. It was theft.

It is perpetrated by people who have a narrative to support. By people who would rather McCullough disappear, along with his fearlessness in telling the truth about COVID, early treatment, hospital treatments and the vax. He did what doctors have done for thousands of years" use evidence to arrive at a conclusion. And the powers that be hate him for it.

Thomas Sowell said, "People will forgive you for being wrong, but they will never forgive you for being right—especially if events prove you right while proving them wrong."

That's true. And it's outrageous.

But this medical tyranny, this assault on free speech, it doesn't just concern Dr. McCullough. It concerns our doctors too.

This hurts their ability to speak freely, to express opinions that are different from the powerful medical cabal.

The conspiracy was started by Fauci, credentialing committees, medical associations, big pharma, big tech, and the like.

They are ubiquitous. And dangerous.

Here's what's so dire.

The stripping of credentials was merely a signal.

The American Board of Medical Specialties is the leading group that handles a doctor's medical certification.

By stripping McCullough of his certification, they told physicians everywhere the consequences for ideas different from the approved opinion, which set a new precedent.

If your doctor dares to go against the narrative, tries a new treatment or speaks out in favor of truth over spin, they risk getting their license or credentials pulled too.

In the age of COVID, all bets are off. And the only thing that's on? It's doing what the powers that be say.

There is no other narrative but theirs.

It must be obeyed. Or, like children, we face punishment. What could be worse?

It's that reimbursement, the way physicians are paid, will be tied to performance. And then their performance will be given a social credit score.

The better the score, the better the pay.

It's genius.

Pushing an agenda is easy when you hold the purse strings. And when you control the credentialing committee. And the medical journals. And big pharma.

It's outrageous.

And none of it is based on science; it is based instead on an agenda that violates the convictions of our healthcare providers.

For example, even if our providers know that their treatment plan is better, in this new hyper-politicized, punitive medical environment, will they say so?

Will they risk their livelihood? Will they risk the brown shirt environment created during COVID? When we couldn't even get a prescription for Ivermectin without a struggle?

That was only the beginning. But that's where medicine is headed.

Hyper-politicized when it should be based on data and driven by science. Not spin, paid for by big pharma. This is medical tyranny.

So. What can we do?

Start by demanding what's always been required of the medical community: practice medicine based on evidence, even if that evidence goes against the narrative.

And even if it costs some pharma companies billions of dollars. The medical tyranny and the assault on free speech can't continue.

Dr. McCullough can't afford it. Our doctors can't either. None of us can.

Like Harry S. Truman said, "Once a government is committed to the principle of silencing the voice of opposition, it has only one way to go, and that is down the path of increasingly repressive measures until it becomes a source of terror to all its citizens and creates a country where everyone lives in fear."
