After a 39-18 campaign against the nation's toughest schedule, Auburn baseball earned the No. 4 national seed and will host its fourth NCAA Regional in the last five seasons.

With the Auburn regional set to begin on Friday, the Tigers will take on Milwaukee at noon on ESPN+. N.C State and UCF will battle it out on Friday evening, with the winners set to match up on Saturday. The regional is a three-day (four if necessary) double elimination event.

Before the 2022 season, Auburn hosted just four regionals in its program history. This year marks the second consecutive year that Auburn has earned the No. 4 national seed.

Auburn is just one of two programs nationally to earn a regional host bid in four of the last five seasons, joining North Carolina on the list.

The Tigers will aim for their first College World Series debut since 2022. Auburn beat Central Connecticut State, Stetson and N.C State last year en route to its first-ever Super Regional at Plainsman Park. The Tigers lost a three-game series to World Series runner-up Coastal Carolina.
