Auburn Police arrested D'Andre Frederick Hartwell, 22, on a warrant charging him with felony second-degree assault on Tuesday.

Per an Auburn Police spokesperson on Monday, the Auburn Police Department responded to a residential apartment complex in the early morning hours on Sunday in the 700 block of West Magnolia Avenue in reference to an assault complaint. 

The alleged assault by Hartwell left a man and woman unconscious early Sunday morning, according to the Auburn Police.

Hartwell was transported to the Lee County Jail and held on a $25,000 bond.

Auburn Police Department detectives continue to investigate this incident, and additional charges are anticipated.
