According to reports, Planned Parenthood offered free abortions near the United Center in Chicago during the Democratic National Convention.

The group, using a mobile clinic, also offered free vasectomies and emergency contraception.

Reportedly, Planned Parenthood claimed to have served between 20 and 30 patients at the clinic early in the week.

Thursday on Mobile radio FM Talk 106.5's "The Jeff Poor Show," U.S. Rep. Barry Moore (R-Enterprise) expressed his disappointment with the DNC and Planned Parenthood.

"It's literally the shedding of innocent blood at your event, which, you know, they always talk about — I think some of these policies, you know, they talk about how in vogue and cutting edge they are, but really, man, they've been sacrificing children at the beginning of time," he said. "This is nothing but the same old thing in a different, I don't know, a different dynamic or they perpetuated and pushed it out."

"I just don't quite understand — they think it's something new and great and they're fighting for rights, you know, and at the same time, they're literally sacrificing the unborn, the innocent blood, the shedding of innocent blood at their events," Moore continued. "I just don't know how the American people, and you know, they don't talk about policy. They don't talk like the moral thing has just totally disappeared in the Democratic Party. And, but to me, if you're just listening to what they're saying versus what they really do, there's a total disconnect, my friend."
