An investigation in Bibb County led to the arrest of a Hispanic man in connection with a child sex trafficking operation.
Andres Trejo-Velazquez, 29, of Brent, is charged with six counts of first-degree human trafficking. His country of origin and legal status are unknown.
The victims were sold for sexual servitude from January 2024 until April 29, court documents state.
"The defendant also sold the victim to various clientele for sexual pleasure," a complaint reads.
Trejo-Velazquez is also suspected of selling nude images of the victims.
The ages of the children at the time they were victimized range from two to 10.
Trejo-Velazquez was arrested on April 30 and placed in the Bibb County Jail without bond.
Bibb County District Judge Craig Cargile said evidence shows that the subject's character, history with drugs and alcohol, mental condition, family ties, length of residence in the community, conduct and criminal history suggest he would be a serious danger to the community if released.
The case will go to the grand jury.
