Zeigler says shooter of Bibb County deputies should not have been out of prison

“This inmate was not appropriate for work release then, and he was not supposed to be out of prison now,” Zeigler said of Austin Patrick Hall. Hall is the subject of a manhunt for allegedly shooting two Bibb County Sheriff's Deputies. Hall is considered armed and dangerous.
