The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) recently reinstated the visas of foreign students at Auburn University who had their student visas revoked two weeks ago.

According to Auburn University, the federal government reinstated all 15 affected students to active status.

“We are pleased to report that the federal government reinstated all affected Auburn students to active status. We are not providing any additional details about the affected individuals to protect their privacy. We encourage our international students to contact the Office of International Programs with any questions or concerns,” an Auburn University spokesperson told Columbus’s WTVM on Wednesday.

The Trump administration announced last week that it was restoring the visas of thousands of foreign students studying in the United States.
