The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that forensic methods established the identification of a Theodore family killed and later found buried in Baldwin County.
Aurelia Choc Cac, 40; her daughter, Niurka, 17; and her two-year-old son, Anthony, were found dead in Summerdale on March 11 after being reported missing on January 30.
Hector Gamaliel Argueta-Guerra has been charged with three counts of capital murder in the course of kidnapping, three counts of capital murder during the course of burglary, capital murder for the death of two or more people, capital murder in the death of a child under 14, three counts of abuse of a corpse and obstruction of justice for providing a false identification to law enforcement in order to prevent an investigation.

Mobile County District Attorney Keith Blackwood said the state would seek the death penalty. Sheriff Paul Burch said Argueta-Guerra was in the United States illegally. Argueta-Guerra is considered innocent until proven guilty.
The sheriff’s office confirmed the family of the victims has been notified of the official identifications.
