Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents recently arrested Jose Flores Quiahua, a previously deported Mexican illegal alien.
According to Homeland Security Investigations, Quiahua was discovered hiding in a drainage ditch and has multiple prior convictions for sex crimes involving children and a DUI.
Lindsay Williams, a spokesman for Homeland Security Investigations, told 1819 News on Friday the administrative arrest happened in Foley.
