Alabama Democrat Party vice chair Tabitha Isner isn't backing down from her spat with party chair Randy Kelley and party vice chair of Minority Affairs Joe Reed.
Kelley and Reed recently criticized Isner for urging Democrats to vote in the upcoming August 11 special election primary. Isner has also accused Reed of violating campaign finance law and illegal electioneering.
During Friday's episode of Huntsville WVNN's "The Dale Jackson Show," Isner said she would continue to fight for the Democrat Party.
“Well, listen, I tell the truth, and that's going to piss some people off," Isner told host Dale Jackson. "But it's a choice I will make over and over and over again, because if we can't handle the truth, we are never going to get nice things. It's one-sided in the sense that I'm not mad at people individually.
I just want things to work for the Alabama Democratic Party. I'm not at war with the Alabama Democratic Party, I'm at war for the Alabama Democratic Party," she added.
