During Friday's broadcast of "Rightside Radio," U.S. Rep. Gary Palmer (R-Hoover) reacted to two Israeli Embassy staffers shot at the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington, D.C. on Thursday.

Palmer told host Phil Williams that the death penalty may be a consideration and linked the killings to universities and the spike in antisemitism in America.

"They're talking the possibility of the death penalty for this individual," he said. "And I think every means of stopping this madness has got to be employed by law enforcement. The main thing is, you've got universities literally allowing and encouraging demonstrations that are calling for the destruction not only of a nation, but of a people."

"And that's what happened. This guy shot these people because they're Jews, because they were tied to Israel. And I'm very concerned that we're going to see more of this," Palmer added.
