Joe Reed paid delinquent property taxes for a building in Montgomery owned by the Alabama Democratic Conference (ADC) on Tuesday.
According to online county property tax records, the ADC didn't make a property tax payment for 2025 until Tuesday, after 1819 News reported on the building being listed in a county tax sale.
The ADC's property at 418 South Decatur St was previously on a list of properties in Montgomery County for sale due to delinquent taxes. The property is valued at $126,100.
The property was taken off the tax sale list by Montgomery County after Reed's property tax payment of $1,003.06 on Tuesday.
