“For nothing is hidden that will not be disclosed, nor is anything secret that will not become known and come to light.” - Luke 8:17
“For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil.” - Ecclesiastes 12:14
I have been interested in politics and current events since I was 22. My parents began listening to Rush Limbaugh’s radio show in the 1990s, influencing me to become a “dittohead” as well. When I worked for the Alabama Policy Institute, an enjoyable part of my job was coming in, grabbing some coffee, and immediately checking the news.
But in recent months, hearing about the late disgraced financier/pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s vast child trafficking network has made me news adverse. I haven’t had the stomach to read much of what was released the other week, but I now have a good idea of the crimes and horrors Epstein and his clients perpetrated on innocent children, thanks to the X platform. I’m also having a hard time understanding why some people haven’t already been arrested, perp-walked and placed behind bars.
We know a few things for certain. First, Attorney General Pam Bondi lied under oath that there was no Epstein client list. Obviously, there isn’t one like a grocery list, but from more than 3 million pages of emails and documents full of names and incriminating discussions, it wouldn’t be difficult to piece one together.
We also know that Bondi claimed there are “tens of thousands of videos” of Epstein abusing children or of children being abused by clients.
We have video of FBI Director Kash Patel stating under oath that “there is no credible information … that [Jeffery Epstein] trafficked to other individuals.” Patel lied to Congress, too, yet still has his job. It seems perjury doesn’t hold the same consequence it once did.
We know that a slew of “prominent” global figures mentioned in the documents have been released. Former presidents – living and dead – have been accused of sexually abusing minors. Tech moguls, princes, Hollywood actors, models, talk show hosts, heads of state, musicians, etc., are also mentioned in the emails, and may have been involved in the terrible deeds that happened there. Apparently, subpoenas are optional if you are part of the elite, for powerful men and women mentioned in the emails appear to be escaping all consequences of immoral, illegal, and even demonic crimes.
The mainstream media also appears to be in league with the world’s elite pedophile network.
U.S. Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) continues pushing for transparency and accountability for those who have committed these horrific crimes against minors. As a reward, prominent billionaires have spent almost $1 billion in ads attacking him to get him out of Congress. But Massie wants to see handcuffs and prison sentences. He is not backing down.
Americans have a vast array of differing opinions, but the thing most of us can agree on is protecting children. Most of us who are of sound mind and some kind of moral fiber want children to have safe, secure, innocent childhoods. Many everyday Democrats, Republicans, Independents, and every political affiliation in between would jump in front of a bus to save a child. That’s why this issue won’t die: Most everyday Americans are still decent people.
Which is why the GOP will likely lose the midterms. As the party in charge right now, they are leading the cover-up. It pains me to say it, but it’s true. No GOP candidate can campaign their way out of this issue. You either stand for victims, or you participate in the cover-up. We have reached a point of no gray area. Child trafficking is the most heinous of crimes against humanity. If you aren’t willing to stand for the children’s sake, you don’t deserve a nice, plush office on Capitol Hill or the privilege of representing us anymore.
Average Americans who fear God, work hard, and want to take care of their families are not going to keep voting for spineless politicians. We may just stop voting – these crimes are that bad. No decent human wants to vote for pedophiles, nor the pansies who are afraid to call them out. Most of us are ready to impeach Bondi and Patel. We’re listening to Elon Musk and agreeing it’s time to release everything. We balk at Deputy Attorney Todd Blanche when he says there won’t be any new charges in the Epstein case.
It feels discouraging. If this case closes without arrests, justice may very well be dead. But I can assure everyone that judgment is not, because the God of the universe cannot be intimidated by any man. Christ is coming. All will be laid bare. And Matthew 18:6-7 tells us what will happen to those who harm children:
“If anyone causes one of these little ones – those who believe in Me – to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea. Woe to the world because of the things that cause people to stumble!”
None of these sick predators will get away with anything permanently.
That is our hope. Where men fail to enact justice and punish criminals, God doesn’t.
