Five of the six suspects in a 2023 deadly Sweet 16 party shooting in Dadeville could sign plea deals this week.

People do not get the death penalty because they did minor crimes. They get it for brutal and depraved murders of children, friends, relatives and strangers. It is in the state’s best interest to move these executions along. It is cruel to the victims’ families to wait 20+ years to see justice.

Child trafficking is the most heinous of crimes against humanity. If you aren’t willing to stand for the children’s sake, you don’t deserve a nice, plush office on Capitol Hill or the privilege of representing us anymore.

It is time to send a message as clear as the crimes we see on film: if you murder in cold blood, justice will be swift, certain and final. Protect life. Honor God-given rights. End the delays. Restore justice.

Yeah … Fani got her fanny handed to her. Strzok was struck down. Comey came along for a perp walk. It may have all combined to save Lady Justice in the process. They all fooled around and found out about courtroom karma.

There is an imbalance that must be corrected, an order that must be restored. We are a nation of laws, and the laws must be evenly applied. 

Those who would trade essential liberty for hollow promises of equity will receive neither liberty nor equity in the end.

We must recognize that, because absolutes are absolute, we as a culture or government don’t control them. They exist separate from us. They were put there by God and are part of His nature.
