A judge will consider revoking the bond for the teen charged in the 2024 double shooting at LeFlore High School.

According to law enforcement, Jemya White, 18, violated her bond for the second time this year by going to several residences, two gas stations and a Burger King instead of attending Bishop State as she was supposed to. White is on electronic monitoring while out on bond.

White was indicted on four charges, including two charges of first-degree assault/gunshot, discharging a firearm on school property and possession of a firearm on school property.

Mobile County Circuit Court Judge Wesley Pipes refused to take action in January after prosecutors showed evidence that White violated the terms and conditions of electronic monitoring and house arrest.

White was 16 years old when she was arrested. Mobile Police said at the time that a verbal altercation between the suspect and a 15-year-old boy led to the shooting. A bullet grazed the 15-year-old, and a 17-year-old student was shot in the abdomen. Both survived.

Pipes set an immunity hearing for March 17 at 1:30 p.m. to determine if White acted in self-defense. The bond revocation will be considered at that time.

White is considered innocent until proven guilty.
