The Cullman County Sheriff's Office arrested two men accused of trying to lure little girls with ice cream cones.

Robert Lee Hollis, 46, and Andrei Anatolyahch Gouchtchine, 37, both of Cullman, are charged with second-degree attempted kidnapping.

Witnesses said Hollis purchased the ice cream cones at Sportsman's Lake Park and was spotted in the women's restroom. The witnesses reported that Hollis tried to get little girls as young as five years old into his vehicle.

Assistant District Attorney Nate Brock was at the park and helped deputies who responded to the scene.

Hollis and Gouchtchine were booked into the Cullman County Jail and have been given $100,000 bonds. However, District Attorney Champ Crocker said the state has filed to revoke bond and probation for Hollis in a previous homebuilder licensure case.
