Montgomery police arrested Dantavious McGhee on Monday for one count of capital murder, nine counts of first-degree assault and three counts of second-degree assault for his alleged role in a deadly downtown shootout on Bibb and Commerce Street on October 4. 

The shooting left two dead and 12 injured. McGhee, 19, was placed in the Montgomery County Detention Facility.

Montgomery Police also recently arrested one juvenile male for his alleged role in the deadly downtown shootout on October 4 on the same charges as McGhee's. Montgomery police haven't released the juvenile's name.
