The 2024 Hangout Music Fest is expected to attract around 40,000 people to the Alabama Gulf Coast this weekend.

With big names such as Zach Bryan, Lana Del Ray, Nelly, and The Chainsmokers on deck, single three-day general admission tickets are already sold out. However, ticket packages, including VIP tickets, are still available.

Shuttle tickets are also available for purchase.

Gulf Shores city leaders say to pack your patience because, along with road construction and new traffic patterns, heavy traffic is expected. Mayor Robert Craft said all the headaches will be worth the wait. He added that the event will be very beneficial to the city.

"The Hangout Music Festival has transformed a historically slow period preceding Memorial Day into a vibrant and economically fruitful time for Gulf Shores,” Craft stated. “This event has significantly boosted our lodging businesses and brought invaluable national exposure to our city, showcasing Gulf Shores as a premier destination."

Gulf Shores police and fire have prepared for a busy weekend. There will also be other local agencies and federal officers on the scene to provide services to the festival.

Music will not be the only thing offered at Hangout Music Fest. There will also be plenty of food, games, a psychedelic bus and a wedding chapel that will perform real ceremonies.

The festival begins Friday and goes through Sunday. For more information or tickets, visit here.
