Running back Asa Martin has enrolled at Troy, according to On3 Sports. Martin, who played at Austin High in Decatur, played at Auburn, Miami and Memphis.

The 5-foot-11, 200-pound Martin gained 776 yards on 174 yards with 10 touchdowns in three seasons at Memphis. He was at Memphis for a fourth year but spent that season on the scout team. Martin attended Auburn and Miami as a true freshman in 2018. He played in six games that season.

Martin was the Alabama Gatorade Player of the Year as a senior at Austin. The four-star recruit rushed for 2,228 yards with 33 touchdowns in his high school career.

He will have one year of college eligibility remaining at Troy.
