"With the assistance of other law enforcement agencies, we have saturated north Baldwin County in an effort to follow up on and develop new leads," the sheriff's office said in a statement. "That hard work has paid off."
Investigators said around 1,000 people were at the May Day event, which was hosted by a local family in the Stockton area, when someone began shooting into a crowd. Deputies were called to the scene around 9:30 p.m. They believe an argument led to the shooting and that there was more than one shooter.
The sheriff's office said the work on the case is not done. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office at 251-972- 8589.
