Bill making it a felony to disrupt church service passes House committee

Under House Bill 363, sponsored by State Rep. Greg Barnes (R-Jasper), anyone who enters church property with the intent to riot, harrass or disrupt the service would be charged with a Class C felony and face up to five years in prison on a second offence. 

Col. John Eidsmoe: Don Lemon, constitutional idiot

If Lemon really believes the First Amendment gives him the right to intrude on other people’s property and disrupt their activities, he is a constitutional idiot. I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt for sincerity, but it’s unlikely even Lemon is stupid enough to believe that.
