KCarl Smith: Only leaders who respect the Constitution should serve

Any candidate who openly violates the Constitution or tries to circumvent it should not only be barred from running but, if already in office, must be impeached immediately. The law must act swiftly to remove leaders who threaten the document that secures our liberties.
