Case of Dadeville illegal alien accused of butchering family, kidnapping 12-year-old girl three years ago still stagnant

It has been three years to the day since  José Paulino Pascual-Reyes, 37, was arrested for double murder and for kidnapping a 12-year-old girl who escaped his Dadeville trailer; there has still been little to no movement on the prosecution.

Opelika illegal immigrant arrested on rape charges for alleged assault of someone ‘physically helpless or mentally incapacitated’

A Lee County man is currently being held on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) hold after being charged with first-degree rape for allegedly assaulting woman who was “incapable of consent by reason of being physically helpless or mentally incapacitated.”
