James Lucas reelected to Athens City Council District 3 seat

Incumbent James Lucas has been reelected to the District 3 seat on the Athens City Council after defeating former Councilman Henry White by a margin of 87 votes in Tuesday's runoff election. With all ballots in the race now counted, Lucas reportedly received 58.93% of the vote (287) to White's 41.07% (200).
